What this tool is

A structured self-reflection tool for women who are exhausted and still driving hard. It is educational.

What it is not

It is not therapy, not medical care, not a diagnosis and not a treatment. Shahar Hafakot VeTzilum, Itzuv Ltd. (שחר הפקות וצילום, עיצוב בע״מ) is not acting as your doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or therapist, and using this tool does not create a therapeutic relationship.

When to stop and get help instead

This tool assumes you still have something to work with. If you recognise yourself in any of these, it is not the right tool for you right now, and professional support is:

  • you cannot get through ordinary days
  • you feel hopeless or empty most of the time
  • you are drinking or using substances to cope
  • you are thinking about harming yourself

If you are in immediate danger

Contact the emergency services in your country.

  • United States and Canada: call or text 988
  • United Kingdom and Ireland: call 116 123 (Samaritans), free, day or night
  • Israel: call 1201 (ERAN)
  • Anywhere else: findahelpline.com lists over 1,700 helplines in more than 175 countries
